Meet the Team
danièle spethmann, P.Geo.
Founder & Principal
Ms. Spethmann has over 30+ years’ experience in northern Ontario, Canada and internationally in Latin American and Botswana including senior geologist and principal on two projects with significant discoveries (Choco 10 - Carolina Zone and Fruta del Norte) in Venezuela and in Ecuador. Companies she has worked with include IAMGOLD, African Copper, Aurelian Resources and Bolivar Goldfields. Ms. Spethmann studied geology at the University of Ottawa and recently completed the Mining Management Certificate at Ryerson University. She is a member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists Ontario.
Pam Sangster
Founder & Principal
Ms. Sangster has over 35 years of experience in the mineral resource sector. Much of her career to date was as a geoscientist with the Ontario Geological Survey, first as a District Geologist in the Timmins District and subsequently as a Regional Resident Geologist for Southern Ontario. As a Resident Geologist and a Professional Geoscientist, part of Ms. Sangster’s job was providing expert geological consultation and advisory services to a diverse client group and monitoring, documenting, and stimulating mineral exploration activities. Before joining the Ontario Public Service, Ms. Sangster worked for industry on various mineral exploration and development projects across Canada. Since 2022 as a consultant to prospectors and junior exploration companies, Pam has provided land acquisition and management, project generation and support services. Areas of expertise include industrial and critical minerals, and mineral potential assessment.
